Please note the above charges include VAT except where stated. The initial call-out fee is included in the specific prices listed above, and would not be charged separately.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your instruction to mytechie solutions to carry out work on your computer up to the point where we have assessed the work required, provided a quotation and obtained your approval, either verbally or in writing, to carry out said work. If at the point of quotation you decide not to continue, the only charge applied would be for any work already carried out, deemed to be implicit in the original instruction, and any shipping charges incurred.
We do not charge for providing an initial quotation on routine work.

Fixed-price services may be cancelled up to the point where the computer is delivered to Mytechie Solutions, and a full refund will be given, less the cost of supplying any pre-arranged packaging materials which have been supplied. Once the service has commenced, the client is liable for the full fixed price, and no refunds can be given.

Refunds Policy

As all hardware is fitted with client's approval and generally only billed once the client has agreed to the proposed resolution, we would only refund the cost of installed hardware in exceptional circumstances. Please see below for Returns/Warranty information.

Returns Policy

All hardware is re-sold under the manufacturer's original warranty. Should an item supplied through us fail, we will work with you to resolve the issue alongside the manufacturer.

Delivery Policy

Delivery and collection of hardware is by arrangement with the customer. Either our staff or Parcel Force are used to transport computer units. Other hardware may be shipped by Royal Mail standard postal services.

Privacy Policy

Client's details are stored only for our own accounts, sales records, technical information and marketing purposes. We do not supply data to third parties for marketing purposes.
