When something breaks, you want it fixing without delay. We will come to your office and assess the problem. If we can fix things on site, we will, otherwise, we will repair the equipment at our workshop and return as soon as possible, although in practice, usually within 24 hours. If you think you may need regular support from us, we offer you a choice of how you want to use our services. We can bill you on a per-call-out or monthly basis, or you can set up a support contract, which offers you priority call-out at a reduced rate.
